Reporting an Issue

Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacements are provided only in case of defective or damaged products
  • The issue must be verified by our support team based on the proof shared
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color/appearance variation due to lighting
  • Improper use or handling of the product
